Name: Brock Lnenicka Home: Seattle, WA Local Mountain: Alpental, Crystal Mountain, Stevens Pass
Brock has been a skier since early childhood, but has really dedicated himself the past 5 years. As one of the strongest willed people you will ever meet, Brock suffered a broken neck 4 years ago while attempting and overshooting a 30 ft transfer at Stevens Pass. After being placed on bedrest for three months, with a halo to stabilize his neck, Brock was told he should never ski or partake in extreme sports again.
The following season, after purchasing new blades; Brock was so focused on returning to the slopes. On the last run of his first day back, a small exposed root reached out and grabbed ahold of Brocks' ski, doing painful damage to his knee. Not to be slowed down, he finished the run by stomping every feature in the park...season over. Now, after 3 injury free seasons, Brock is dedicated to the "pow pow" and in the park hitting every feature they create.
Outside of skiing, Brock enjoys playing hockey, ping pong, and getting together with friends to enjoy an ice cold PBR.
